RaidenFTPD is a shareware, that means you can try it for free but if you want to enjoy the full features of it, you need to buy a license, one of the limitation of the trial version is the nag screen.

The nag screen appears everytime you restart the server, in the first time it's just a reminder and you can simply click continue to go on. But after few hours of execution, when it appears, the ftp server service will be paused and You need to click at least 3 out of 4 buttons before the continue button could be enabled, after you click the continue button, the nag screen will disappear and you can keep working with RaidenFTPD.
